A name and a way to call you back (phone or email). Your website or Google link, a message, and a photo if you add them. Nothing else is required and nothing else is asked.
To my inbox (hello@reinnsolutions.xyz) through a dedicated mail service, and into a secure database so there's a record if an email gets lost. Both are standard, reputable providers. Nothing is sold, rented, shared, or used to advertise to you.
If you give an email, you get one automatic reply with the time your message landed. It does not repeat what you wrote, because inboxes get shared.
Each client's forms send to that client's accounts, not mine. For recovery and treatment organizations, forms are built so they cannot ask about substances or last use, the server refuses those fields, and no health information is stored in these systems by design.
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Google Fonts loads from Google's servers, which sees your IP address the way any web request does.
